Obituary of Danny W Jacox, Sr.

Danny "Butch" Jacox, 71, of West Mayfield died Monday February 27, 2017 in the Heritage Valley Beaver Medical Center. Danny was born February 11, 1946 in Beaver Falls, PA to the late Clair Dale and Evelyn Wynell Jacox. Danny and his loving wife Florence Cunning Jacox were about to celebrate 52 years of marriage. He enjoyed gardening, mechanics, hunting, fishing and wood working in his spare time. Danny retired after 35 years from B&W in the Sheet and Tubing division. Besides his wife, Florence, surviving are two Daughters; Linda L. Kyle of Warsaw, IN and Christine (Richard II) Barkfelt of West Mayfield, one son; Danny W. Jacox, Jr. of Beaver Falls, four grandchildren; Robert (Amanda) Kyle of Fort Wayne, IN, William (Penelope) Kyle of New Carlisle, IN, Brent M. Kyle of South Bend, IN and Samantha M. Barkfelt of West Mayfield, six great grandchildren; Charles, Newton, Nyla, Simon, Annelie and Veda Kyle all of Indiana., two sisters; Karen Bombalski and Janice (Frank) Hlopek, his Best Friend; Rich Beagle and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother; Michael Jacox and two sisters, Deronda Turner and Sandra Caldwell. Visitation will take place in the Campbell Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road on Friday March 3, 2017 from 2-4PM and 6 until the time of service at 7PM with the Rev. Robert Saul officiating.
