Derek Christopher Porupsky, 50, of Beaver, Pa, passed away in the comfort of his home on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born January 4, 1972 in Atlantic City, NJ, to William and Janet Porupsky. He was a member of Christian Assembly Church and the VMFA 312 Checkerboards. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Ayden and Reagan Porupsky; grandson, Liam Robert Biskup; and brother, Aaron Porupsky.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathleen Mae Schwartz Porupsky; and daughters, Janet Lynn Porupsky and Alexandria Elizabeth Kassel.
There will be a visitation on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm with a service to follow at 12 pm at Christian Assembly Church, 6241 Tuscarawas Road, Industry, Pa 15052.
Interment will follow on Wednesday at 10:30 am at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
