John Martin Winkle, 75, of East Palestine, Oh, passed away at home on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Born September 18, 1945 in Monaca, Pa, to the late George and Lois (Hawk) Winkle. He was a proud US Army Veteran and spent many years as a crane operator before retirement. He loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his four children, John (Martha) Winkle, Melissa Rockar, Martin (Kerrie) Winkle and Shawn Winkle; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Betty Suttelle and Shirley Berline; long time girlfriend, Cindy McNair; and four step children. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters. There will be a visitation on Friday, September 17, 2021 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Campbell's Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, Pa 15010 with the Veteran's Honor Guard to begin at 7:30pm and a service to follow with Reverend Robert Saul. Private interment will be at Grandview Cemetery.
