Obituary of Sally Sue Mowen

Sally Sue Mowen, 90, of Cambridge Village in Beaver Falls, Pa, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Heritage Valley Beaver. She was born December 14, 1930 in Beaver Falls, Pa, to the late Ned and Amanda (Dawson) Mowen. She was a long time member of the New Brighton Church of the Nazarene and worked as a laborer for McDanel Refractory until her retirement. She is survived by her special niece and caregiver, Merlene Bennett and many other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her five sisters, five brothers and companion, Esther Dixon. There will be a visitation on Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 4-6 p.m. at New Brighton Church of the Nazarene, 417 Penn Avenue, New Brighton, Pa 15066 with a service held at the church on Monday at 11 a.m. Private interment will follow at the Beaver Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, send memorial contributions to New Brighton Church of the Nazarene.
