Obituary of Berwyn Roger Sampey

Berwyn "Bernie" R. Sampey, age 80, of Industry, Pa, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at home surrounded by family.
Born July 1, 1940 in Perryopolis, Pa, to the late James & Mary Belle (Cochran) Sampey. He was a teacher at Aliquippa High School for 30 years. He belonged to the NRA & Ham Radio Club. He loved his Ham Radio, hunting, fishing, camping, shooting guns and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah "Sally" E. (Stark) Sampey; daughter, Sara Lee Manko; beloved grand-dog, Puddles; sister in law, Evelyn Sampey; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bernie Jay Sampey; brothers, Ronald & Jimmy Sampey; and sister, Lois Sampey.
There will be a visitation on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 at Campbell's Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, Pa 15010. The funeral service the following day will be private, followed by private interment at Highland Cemetery.
