Obituary of John Arthur Weaver

John Arthur Weaver, age 81, of Beaver Falls, transitioned into God's care on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born March 30, 1939 in Glen Alum, WV to the late Robert & Gladys (Glasco) Weaver. He joined the Army in 1957 and was honorably released in 1959. He moved to Rochester, NY at this time and established a life for himself. Many years later he moved to Beaver Falls with his daughter and remained here for the rest of his life. He is survived by his daughter, Monita Weaver Lindsay; 5 grandchildren, Carmen, Marcus, Thaxton and Mariah Weaver of Cleveland, Oh and Damiano Sims of Beaver Falls, Pa; a very special aunt, Mary Shug Owens of Beckley, WV; 7 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; and special family friend, Larry E. Dreher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Gisele M. Weaver Claggett; sister, Miriam Weaver; brother, James Otis Weaver; granddaughter, Sarai Urijah; and a great great granddaughter, Layla. Friends will be received on Monday, December 14, 2020 from 6 - 8 pm at the A.D Campbell Funeral Home, 1326 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. A service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 11 am with Reverend Bobby Wilson officiating.
