Obituary of Carl E. Taylor

Carl E. Taylor, Jr. age 73, of Beaver Falls, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born December 28, 1946 in New Brighton to Marian Jane (Garmany) Taylor and the late Carl Eugene Taylor, Sr. He was a member of Rock Eternal Church and a veteran, having served in the Vietnam War. He worked for St. Joe's, Conrail and Providence doing maintenance and security. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Thompson) Taylor; stepchildren, Shawna Christian Priest, Dione Goatley, Gary Clark Jr. and Phillip Clark Sr.; grandchildren, Brook Goatley, Sherron (Jenna) Taylor, Alaysha (Joseisah) Taylor; great grandchildren, Leo, Ayva, Kay, Taylor and Jassir Mckenzie; mother, Marian Jane Taylor; brothers, Mark (Sharon) Taylor, Bruce (Sandra) Taylor; brothers-in-law, Kenny (Debbie) Thompson, Adrian (Brittany) Thompson; sisters-in-law, Shirley (George) Beattie, Cynthia (Charles) McGriff; nieces and nephews, Martina, Adrian, Jonathon and Jason Taylor; aunt, Patsy (Ron) Gibson; father and mother-in-law, Israel and Ethel Thompson. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Sherron Taylor; sister, Debbie Taylor; uncle, Butch Howard; aunt, Katherine Taylor North; grandmother, Katherine E. Howard. Family and friends will be received at the A.D. Campbell Funeral Home, Inc. 1326 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 11 am until time of service at 12 pm with Pastor Dorothy Clanton officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to Rock Eternal Church, 2627 9th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
