Our heart felt condolences and prayers go out to all of Joe’s family and friends. We’ve known Joe since he was a little boy playing with my children on Stitt Road. It seems like just yesterday that he was riding his bike playing in the creek and building forts. He went through all of his years of school with my daughter Shannon Smith. We love Joe’s character and how he would tease. We love the fact that he was willing to serve his country. We feel truly blessed to have known Joe. We send our love and hugs to all the family members and just ask God to bless Joe soul. Joe will be very much missed by many many many people !
