Obituary of Glenn Richard Harris
Glenn Richard Harris, age 89 of Chippewa Twp, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Heritage Valley Beaver.
He was born on February 21, 1930 in New Brighton, PA to the late Gale and Cora (Winters) Harris. He was married to his wife, Edna Mae Harris, whom he loved to travel with until her passing in 1992. Glenn was a U.S. Army Veteran and was a steel worker for B&W for 38 years. He was a Firefighter for the Chippewa Twp Fire Department for 25 years and was a long time member of the American Legion for 38 years.
In addition to his wife and parents, Glenn is preceded in death by four siblings; a sister; Wilma (Harris) Walter, brother; Gary Harris, sister; Leah (Harris) McConaughy, and brother; Keith Harris.
Glenn is survived by one sister; Dona Garvin and several nieces and nephews.
