Obituary of Gladys Mae Michael
Gladys “Sissy” Uber Michael, 68, of Darlington, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, January 5, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born May 1, 1950, in Clintonville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hartley W. and Gladys I. Shaw Uber. She loved her family and her Lord.
Surviving are her husband, John G. Michael; brother and sister-in-law, William L. and Patricia Uber, Darlington; step-daughter and son-in-law, Jessica B. Michael and Dorin G. Bozga; grandsons, Luca Andrei and Jonas Silviu Bozga; nephew, William L. Uber; great niece and nephew, Mackenzei and Billy Uber.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Walter W., Larry W. and Donald L. Uber; sister, Shirley A. Uber; and aunt and uncle Erla and Wayne Walter.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at CAMPBELL’S CHIPPEWA FUNERAL HOME, 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with services to follow.
Interment will follow at the Beaver Cemetery, 351 Buffalo Street, Beaver, PA, 15009.
