Obituary of John M James

John M. James Jr., age 66 of Chippewa Twp. died Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Heritage Valley Sewickley. John was born October 31, 1951, in Beaver Falls to the late John M. James, Sr. and Ernestine Roberts. He was a truck driver for W L Buyers. He drove NHRA (Drag Racing), an NHRA Member, a train enthusiast, loved his '69 Camaro, his dogs and traveling; especially to Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe and Hawaii. John was a kind, gentle and caring man with a great sense of humor and always believed in doing the right thing. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Jim Roberts, a sister Dawn James and his grandmother, Emmie Roberts. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Dianne James, step daughter, Roxanne Swogger and (Mark Coey), Butler, OH, step son, Oscar Swogger II and wife (Tracy) Transfer, PA, step grandson, Oscar Swogger III, Pittsburgh, PA, brothers, Reggie James and wife (Pam), Rio Vista, CA, Brian Frasier and wife (Marie), Beaver Falls, PA, beloved aunt, Dot James, Industry, PA and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Friends will be received Tuesday, March 13, 2018 from 3PM until the time of service at 6:30PM in the A D Campbell Funeral Home, 14th St. and 8th Ave. Beaver Falls, PA. Pastor Robert Saul will officiate. Private interment will be in Beaver Falls Cemetery.
