Obituary of Sandra Frederick

Sandra D. Frederick, 80, of Chippewa Township died Monday, January 8, 2018 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh surrounded by her loving family. Born August 21, 1937 in Ingram, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wilbert and Margaret (McCartney) Davidson and the wife of the late Elbert Frederick. She was a member of the Calvary United Presbyterian Church where she was very active in various activities. She was a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post # 261 and was a past council president. She was also a past member of the Beaver Valley Choral Society. Sandra enjoyed singing and making crafts. She had a very generous spirit and will be missed by many. Surviving are six children: Daniel (Cara) Frederick, Hayward, CA, David (Donna) Frederick, Orlando, FL, Douglas Frederick, Pittsburgh, PA, Darren (Jessie) Frederick, Pittsburgh, PA, Dean Frederick, Beaver Falls, PA, and Denise (Scott) Matthews, Darlington, PA; six grandchildren: Darren, Carly, Shane, Hayley, Lucas and Ben; two sisters, Linda (Gib) Lewis, State College, PA, and Joan (Wayland) Stallard, Washington, DC; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 2-4 PM & 7-9 PM in the Campbell's Chippewa Funeral Home, 2618 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls where funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 10:00 AM with Pastor Bobby Saul officiating. Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, PA.
