Obituary of Grace W. Olzinger
Grace W. Olzinger, 79, of Patterson Twp. went to fly high with the angels on Thursday June 22, 2017 in the Good Samaritan Hospice of Heritage Valley Beaver with her husband and daughter by her side.
Mary Grace was born in Beaver Falls, PA on November 26, 1937 to the late Gerald and Mary Rose (Pavlinich) Whiting. She celebrated 49 years of marriage to William (Bill) Olzinger. Grace was an active member of the College Hill United Methodist Church, where she sang in the church choir. She worked as a secretary until her retirement at McCarl's Inc., McGuire Home, and Turney Electric.
Besides her husband Bill, surviving is one daughter; Jennifer (Brian Shimko) Olzinger of Brookline, PA, Brother-in-laws; Albert Olzinger of Marshallville, OH, John (Rose) Olzinger of Stow, OH, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, preceding her in death was a sister, Barbara Rihely, a brother-in-law, Steve Rihely and sister-in-law Connie Olzinger.
Family will receive friends and family today, Friday June 23, 2017 in the A D Campbell Funeral Home (8th Avenue and 14th Street) Beaver Falls, PA from 1:00 - 9:00 PM and again on Saturday morning in the College Hill United Methodist Church (5th Avenue and 33rd Street) from 10 AM until the time of service at 11 AM, officiated by Pastor Darryl Lockie. Private interment will take place in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
